The research aims to summarize the results of research on the civil settlement of intersex children in a systematic, orderly and comprehensive way. It is guided by the problem: What is the position of Brazilian law on the civil settlement of intersex children? This is integrative systematic review research, whose data collection was carried out online in the Scielo and Capes periodicals databases, with a time period established for the period from 2011 to 2021. The research resulted in two articles, which address the civil registration and/or rectification of registration for intersex people in Brazil. The conclusion of the study is the thematic gap in the literature, as well as the need to think about the registration of intersex children with respect to the body and dignity, breaking with the normative binarism of the Brazilian legal system.References
